What a small brand cannot usually afford

A jewellery brand needs a store that can be filtered the way people actually shop, and it needs images that make small metal objects look worth buying. Most small brands can afford one of those two things.

The build

I built the Shopify store end to end and managed the whole project, July to August 2026. That included building custom filters so the catalogue could be browsed by what a buyer cares about instead of by whatever the theme shipped with.

I produced the imagery myself, around 2,000 assets and AI videos in two months. Real-life product photography including hand-held shots, which are the ones that sell jewellery because they give scale and skin tone, and generative image and video work alongside it.

Then I built them a repeatable generation workflow on WaveSpeedAI and handed it over, so the next hundred assets do not need me.

Where the craft is

The AI work is where the craft is, and it is not prompting in the way people mean when they say prompting. Getting usable jewellery video means directing composition, camera framing, lighting and motion, and then fighting the two things that ruin it: product fidelity, where the piece has to stay exactly the piece and not drift into a similar-looking invention, and artifacts, where a generated hand grows a sixth finger and the shot is dead. Most of the work is holding the product's exact appearance constant while everything else moves.

Go and look at it

The store is live and it is the clearest single artefact of my work you can click on, because you can inspect the build, the filtering and the imagery yourself in about a minute.

Questions about how this was actually run?

Bring the thing you are actually stuck on. I will not pitch you. If I am not right for it I will say so on the call rather than in an email three weeks later.
