The proof

Source
Dinder, Dec 2025 to Jul 2026
  • Built a three-agent pipeline in Claude Code and ran it every day for seven months

Sourcing, research and delivery, wired together by hand. Roughly 3,000 personalised emails a month, about 100 a day, across three mailboxes.

  • Read and approved every single email before it sent

15 to 22 out of every 100 were rejected or rewritten. Nothing factually wrong ever reached a prospect.

  • Found a channel the competition was not working

US federal procurement through SAM.gov and DIBBS, the Defense Logistics Agency bid board, at 75 to 110 priced quotes a day on weekdays, under the client's registration.

  • Ran the whole pipeline for $600 to $800 a month

Claude Max, Instantly, the warm-up domains, Apollo, Hunter and Lusha, all in. Against 300 to 500 meetings a month that is under $2 a booked meeting, and every input is a published list price.

Where these numbers come from

The flagship system

I built a three-agent pipeline in Claude Code and ran it daily.

Client
Dinder
Phase
Dec 2025 to Jul 2026
Stack
Claude Code, Claude in Chrome with MCP, Apollo, Instantly

Diagram of the three-agent outbound pipeline, in six steps. It runs against a list of US organisations that consume PPE. Agent one sources and enriches prospects through Google, LinkedIn and Apollo. Agent two researches each prospect and writes the email. A human approval step sits between agent two and agent three, and it is the only step the pipeline stops at. Agent three sends through Instantly. The outcome is 300 to 500 meetings booked a month.

InputAny US organisation that consumes PPE: clinics of every type, labs, hospitals, urgent care, blood banks, IV therapy, nursing homes, veterinary, dental, ophthalmology, aesthetics and government health departments.

  1. 01

    Agent one

    Source and enrich

Google, LinkedIn, Apollo. Claude in Chrome with MCP. An enrichment waterfall, built by hand.

  2. 02

    Agent two

    Research and write

Reads what the prospect sells, who they serve and what had just happened to them, then writes the email out of that research.

  3. Human gate

    I read every one

Nothing sent until I had approved it. Where a site was too thin to research honestly, I wrote that email myself.

15 to 22 rejected or rewritten per 100

  4. 03

    Agent three

    Deliver

Instantly, from the company's own addresses. Three mailboxes at 20 to 40 sends per mailbox per day, warmed up before volume. Around 3,000 personalised emails a month.

OutcomeAround 400 meetings a month across three channels, booked onto the founders' Cal.com with a name and a time on each, at under $2 a booked meeting against $600 to $800 all-in a month. Nothing past the booking: the founders took the meetings and I was never shown what closed.

Every Saturday, a second and different model audited the week's records, independent of the model that generated them.

Every email passed a human before it sent.

I read every email before it sent and killed or rewrote 15 to 22 in every 100. Nothing factually wrong reached a prospect.

Three channels, not one. Cold email carried the volume, contact forms caught the companies with no findable decision maker, and I bid US federal procurement through SAM.gov and DIBBS.

The work

Six builds, written up with the parts that were never measured left in.

Period
May 2024 to Aug 2026
  1. Dinder

Three agents did the work of an outbound team. I was the part that could say no.

A US B2B distributor of medical supplements, supplies and PPE, selling to clinics, labs, hospitals and government health departments.

    Role
The only commercial person on it
    Outcome
    Nothing past the booking

    thedinder.com

  2. Linorp

I ran the calls myself until I knew what worked, then trained someone to run them.

A US business brokerage that helps people buy and sell gas stations, liquor stores, car washes, convenience stores and laundromats.

    Role
    Calling, content and deal support
    Outcome
    No closed deal data

    linorp.com

  3. AC Jewels

A jewellery store built end to end, including the photographs of the jewellery.

A South African jewellery e-commerce brand selling in Rand.

    Role
Built the store end to end, managed the project
    Outcome
    No long-run data

    acjewels.co.za

  4. QuickJap

Everyone builds job portals for office workers. 2,000 Virginia signups landed on one that was not.

A two-sided job marketplace for blue-collar hiring in the US.

    Role
    Website content and acquisition
    Outcome
    Never split by side

No live URL for this one.

  5. Relumos

A platform nobody was searching for yet, made findable before anyone was searching.

A subscription platform where knowledge and educational creators earn by sharing photos, videos and live streams directly with the people who follow them.

    Role
Content, SEO and AI search visibility
    Outcome
    Not measured

    fulfilled-arrow-455919.framer.app

  6. Rintegrated

Business development run out of the founder's own network, by someone who was not the founder.

IT staffing and software development agency

    Role
    Website, content and business development
    Outcome
    Not measured

    rintegrated.com

What I am actually useful for

If you hire me, here is what you get in the first month.

  • Someone who will build the system rather than ask which tool to use.

At Dinder nobody handed me a stack. I wired one together out of Claude Code, Claude in Chrome with MCP, Apollo and Instantly for about $700 a month, and ran it daily for seven months. If you have a process that is currently three people doing the same thing by hand, that is the shape of problem I like.

  • Someone who uses AI at volume and does not trust it.

I sent roughly 3,000 AI-researched emails a month and killed or rewrote 15 to 22 of every 100. The models were confidently wrong often enough that an ungated pipeline would have embarrassed the company in front of clinical buyers. Every Saturday I ran a different model over the week's records, because the model that wrote the data cannot be the one that checks it.

  • Someone who will tell you what was not measured.

Half the work on this site has no number attached to it, because the companies wound down or because I did not have access to what happened next. I have written that down instead of filling the gap. You are going to ask me about my numbers in an interview, and the ones I give you will hold.

  • Someone who can do the unglamorous channel.

Cold email is the channel everyone runs. Government procurement portals are the channel nobody runs, and at Dinder I was in SAM.gov and DIBBS, the Defense Logistics Agency bid board, at 75 to 110 quotes a day on weekdays.

Where the psychology comes in

Degree
BA Psychology, S.P. College Pune
Dates
Jul 2022 to May 2025

Marketing is making people know what your product or service is, and getting them to use it and pay for it. My psychology background makes me better at both, because I know the social psychology behind why people act. The theories I learned are what I use to understand a market and the person on the other side of it.

I have a BA in Psychology from S.P. College, Pune, and I presented a paper on resilience and well-being among IT and non-IT individuals at a national conference at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in March 2024. It was a research degree.

It shows up first in the research step of the Dinder pipeline. The email was written from what a prospect sells, who they serve and what had just happened to them, because a message that demonstrates you understand someone's situation gets answered and a message that demonstrates you found their email address does not.

It shows up again in the gate. Knowing what a claim does to a reader, and what an unsupported one costs you with a buyer who knows their own field better than you do, is why 15 to 22 emails in every 100 did not go out.

I was the only commercial person on Dinder for a year, starting after I finished my psychology degree. Linorp ran alongside it, nine months, November 2025 to July 2026.

No former manager can vouch for the commercial work.

Every company on this site was a freelance engagement and two of them no longer exist, so there is no former manager of mine you can call about them. The one written reference I have is academic: a signed letter from the CEO of Septa Milles, naming me Lifology Global Fellow 2022. What I have instead is six builds you can inspect, written up with the parts that were never measured left in.

So the call is the reference check. Bring the thing you are actually stuck on. If it is outbound, ask me what breaks first when you scale a pipeline past 100 emails a day, and I will tell you it is the data, not the copy, and why. If it is a build, open acjewels.co.za while we talk. If you want to know whether the Dinder numbers are real, ask me how the mailbox rotation worked and how many I rewrote last thing on a Friday.

I will not pitch you. If I am not right for it I will say so on the call rather than in an email three weeks later.
